Soul Tree Reserve Shiraz – Cabernet Sauvignon displays excellent depth and colour, with an overture of fetching red and black fruit, complex oak and aromas of dark chocolate. The palate is full with silky soft cherry fruit, opulent blackcurrant and even more chocolate, all locked in with disciplined oak, finishing long and soft, textured and elegant. Allow to breathe and will get even better with age, 3-4 years.
